Andres Gamardo is the Founding Partner of Gamardo, P.A., where he leads the firm’s complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and international law practices. Throughout his career, Andres has earned a reputation as a formidable litigator, recognized for his innovative trial strategies and ability to deliver results in high-stakes disputes.

Beyond the courtroom, Andres serves as outside general counsel to a diverse range of clients—from small businesses to multi-million-dollar domestic and international corporations—overseeing their legal and business affairs.
​
Andres has significant experience in matters involving sovereign immunity, public debt enforcement, and U.S. economic sanctions. He currently represents clients in connection with the enforcement of more than $120 million in sovereign debt claims and has extensive experience navigating matters before the U.S. Department of the Treasury, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). His practice includes advising clients on sanctions compliance, OFAC licensing, sovereign asset enforcement, and other cross-border legal issues.

Andres earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. He also earned a B.B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Finance, from the University of Miami, forming his well-rounded understanding of business and legal matters.

Prior to founding Gamardo, P.A., Andres worked as a Senior Associate at a prominent South Florida law firm.
