Southern District of New York Awards $324,000 Judgment to Gamardo's Client

Partner Andres Gamardo secured a six-figure final judgment for a corporate client in the Southern District of New York. The dispute involved a breach of a cash advance loan agreement where the borrower claimed that COVID-19 warranted relief from the payments prescribed by the loan. The Court ultimately agreed with Gamardo and awarded a final judgment in our client's favor.
